Welcome to TRACK30 Challenge. By accessing, registering for, or participating in TRACK30, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Official Challenge Rules, the applicable Rewards & Payout Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is permitted under the laws that apply to them.
TRACK30 is a paid fitness-accountability and education program built around a 30-day tracking structure. The program is designed to help participants consistently apply personalized nutrition and activity goals, understand the relationship between behavior and results, and develop habits that can be used beyond the challenge.
The program fee purchases access to the TRACK30 platform and program services. Performance-based rewards are an additional feature of the program; the fee does not purchase a random chance to receive a reward.
Registration may include participant onboarding, account access, a personalized Calorie Budget and Protein Goal, tracking tools, participant Dashboard, accountability features, progress monitoring, leaderboard access, educational materials, participant support, verification review, and challenge administration.
Participants must provide complete and reasonably accurate registration, intake, tracking, weigh-in, and verification information.
Participation requires payment of the applicable registration fee. Program setup and services begin after registration.
All completed registration fees are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any legally required exception.
No refund is provided because a participant fails to participate, withdraws, misses deadlines, fails to complete required tasks, becomes ineligible for a reward, experiences scheduling or personal conflicts, or is dissatisfied with personal results.
A registration whose funds never successfully clear is not a completed paid registration. TRACK30 may remove that participant from the challenge, and the qualifying paid-participant count and Total Rewards may adjust accordingly before finalization.
TRACK30 may provide individualized calorie, protein, activity, and body-composition estimates using participant-provided information and TRACK30's published methodology. The participant's daily calorie allowance is referred to as the Calorie Budget.
These values are estimates for fitness and educational use. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not guarantee a particular amount or rate of weight or body-composition change.
Participant performance is scored using the published TRACK30 methodology. The current weighted performance score is:
Protein is scored independently of Calorie Budget success. A participant may earn Protein credit on a day even if the Calorie Budget is exceeded; however, that participant loses the applicable Calorie credit for that day.
Daily Deadline credit is based on TRACK30's published deadline rules and the participant's local challenge timezone.
A participant's leaderboard rank reflects measured performance. Reward eligibility is a separate determination. A participant may have a valid performance rank but still be ineligible to receive a reward.
Only participants who satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements and are verified by TRACK30 may receive a funded reward.
Participants are ranked by Total Score. If Total Scores tie, TRACK30 compares Calorie Score, Gym Score, Protein Score, Deadline Score, verified relative body-fat percentage reduction, and verified relative body-weight percentage reduction, in that order.
Missing body-composition or weight data does not become a numeric zero for tie-breaking purposes.
True ties use competition ranking. When a true tie affects funded reward positions, the funded reward slots consumed by that tied group are combined and divided among the tied eligible and verified participants under the published Rewards & Payout Policy.
Total Rewards increase according to the published reward ladder as successfully paid participation grows and are capped at $1,000 per challenge. Individual placement amounts are subject to the published placement caps and allocation rules.
Only ELIGIBLE + VERIFIED participants may receive final rewards. An ineligible or rejected participant keeps the participant's performance rank but does not receive a reward. Unawarded funded amounts remain with TRACK30 and are not automatically redistributed or carried forward.
TRACK30 uses a post-challenge correction and review period before results become FINAL. The normal operating target is to finalize results by Day +3 after the challenge ends, once required eligibility, verification, and reward outcomes are resolved.
Approved winner payments are issued within 7 calendar days after results become FINAL using a TRACK30-supported payout method. When the primary payout method is not applicable, TRACK30 may use Zelle with the phone number provided by the participant.
If TRACK30 cannot complete a winner payment, the winner must resolve the payout issue and provide usable payout information no later than 30 calendar days after the challenge ends. This is an absolute deadline measured from challenge end, not 30 additional days after a failed payment attempt. After that deadline, an unresolved reward becomes unclaimed and the amount remains with TRACK30, subject to applicable law.
TRACK30 may allow a participant to unlock and correct an inaccurate or missed tracking day. Correcting the data preserves accuracy but does not automatically erase the original Deadline outcome.
If a participant believes a TRACK30 system failure prevented timely compliance, the participant should report the issue through Contact Us in the Dashboard. TRACK30 will investigate. If TRACK30 determines its system caused the failure, the corrected day will be resolved as EXCUSED and no Deadline points will be deducted for that incident.
Participants may be required to submit initial and final weigh-ins, body-composition values, scale/source information, and progress photos within the applicable challenge windows. TRACK30 may review submitted evidence for consistency, eligibility, and verification.
Participants should use the same scale or measurement method when required by the challenge instructions. If a participant's available clinic-style body-composition device is Evolt, TRACK30 permits the participant to select the InBody category for program purposes.
TRACK30 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning a diet, exercise, or weight-management program, especially if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have other health concerns.
Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for choosing activities and nutrition practices appropriate for their circumstances.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.
Participants may not falsify tracking, manipulate records, submit fraudulent evidence, impersonate another participant, interfere with another participant, exploit system errors, attempt to manipulate rankings or rewards, or abuse TRACK30 systems or staff.
TRACK30 may restrict access, mark a participant ineligible, reject verification, or take other reasonable action when material fraud, manipulation, abuse, or security threats are identified.
TRACK30 treats participant personal information, tracking records, body measurements, verification documents, weigh-in evidence, and progress/transformation photos as private program information between the participant and TRACK30, subject to disclosures reasonably necessary to operate the program, use service providers, process payments, maintain security, or comply with law.
Submitting progress or transformation photos for verification does not authorize TRACK30 to publish those before-and-after transformation photos. TRACK30 will not publicly post a participant's transformation photos without the participant's separate written consent.
By participating in a reward-bearing TRACK30 challenge, participants understand that a confirmed winner may be announced on TRACK30's website and/or social-media channels. A winner announcement may include an appropriate participant photo, name or display name, placement, reward amount, and high-level result such as pounds lost.
This limited winner-announcement provision does not authorize public use of before-and-after transformation photos without separate written consent.
TRACK30's software, branding, layouts, written materials, methodologies, scoring systems, and program content remain the property of TRACK30 or its licensors, subject to applicable law. Participants retain ownership of their original photos and other original content except for permissions they expressly grant.
TRACK30 may perform maintenance, correct processing errors, and temporarily restrict or modify platform functions when reasonably necessary for operation, security, or integrity. Documented TRACK30-caused deadline failures are handled under Section 11.
TRACK30 may update future program formats, policies, scoring rules, eligibility rules, reward structures, and procedures. Material rules for an active challenge will not be changed retroactively in a manner that unfairly alters already-earned scoring or reward entitlement, except where a change is required by law, necessary to correct a clear error, or necessary to protect program integrity.
TRACK30 is designed to provide structure, accountability, education, and a repeatable process for weight and body-composition management. Individual results vary based on starting point, adherence, physiology, measurement variability, and other factors. TRACK30 does not guarantee a specific result.
Questions about these Terms, participant support, payout issues, or program administration may be submitted through the contact methods available on Track30Challenge.com or through the participant Dashboard where applicable.
