1. Purpose

TRACK30 is a fitness-accountability program. Performance-based rewards are an additional incentive for strong execution; they are not the underlying product.

2. Program fee and Investment + Incentive

The current program fee is $100 per challenge registration. The fee purchases access to the TRACK30 program and its services, including a personalized Calorie Budget, Protein Goal, and activity goals, tracking and accountability tools, progress monitoring, participant dashboard features, and program administration. TRACK30 is structured and intended as a paid fitness-accountability program with objective performance-based rewards, not as a game of chance.

TRACK30's design combines investment and incentive: participants make a meaningful commitment to the process, while objective performance-based rewards create additional motivation to follow through.

3. Reward philosophy — Reward, Not Payday

  • First place is capped at $300 under the current $100 fee structure.
  • Total Rewards are capped at $1,000 per challenge.
  • As participation grows, reward growth creates and strengthens additional placements rather than creating an unlimited first-place jackpot.
  • The payout ladder is predetermined before results are known.

4. How Total Rewards grow

5. Payout ladder

At the $1,000 maximum, funded placements are:

6. Display threshold

TRACK30 may choose not to prominently display a newly forming placement until that placement reaches $50. This is a display rule only. It does not erase an underlying funded amount.

7. Performance rank is not reward placement

Performance rankings remain the true performance order. Reward consideration is limited to participants who are ELIGIBLE and VERIFIED after reward review opens. An ineligible or rejected participant is not removed from the performance ranking merely to promote another participant's rank number.

8. Unawarded rewards

Unawarded reward amounts remain with TRACK30.

Unused funded positions are not automatically redistributed to lower-ranked participants and are not automatically carried forward.

9. True ties affecting rewards

When two or more ELIGIBLE + VERIFIED reward candidates remain tied after all published performance tie-breakers, the tied group consumes the corresponding funded reward slots. The amounts in those consumed slots are combined and divided as evenly as possible among the tied participants. If cents cannot divide perfectly, the production system distributes the remaining cent or cents so the combined paid amount equals the combined funded amount.

Example: if two participants are truly tied for first and the funded first and second rewards are $300 and $250, the combined $550 is divided between them: $275 each. The next reward slot is third.

10. Taxes and payment

Participants are responsible for taxes on rewards to the extent required by applicable law. TRACK30 may request information or issue tax documentation where legally required.

TRACK30 will issue approved winner payments within 7 calendar days after results become FINAL. Payment will be made through a TRACK30-supported payout method. When the primary method is not applicable, TRACK30 may use Zelle with the phone number provided by the participant. Any payout conflict must be resolved no later than 30 calendar days after the challenge ends. This is an absolute challenge-end +30-day deadline, not 30 additional days after a failed payout attempt. After that deadline, an unresolved reward is unclaimed and the unawarded amount remains with TRACK30.

11. Future changes

TRACK30 may change reward structures prospectively for future challenges. Material reward rules for an active challenge should not be retroactively changed after that challenge's structure has been established.

12. Successfully Paid Participants

Total Rewards reflect successfully paid/registered participants under the published ladder and continue growing until the $1,000 cap. There is no separate participant-count lock. If a registration's funds never successfully clear, that registration is not treated as a valid paid registration; the participant may be removed and Total Rewards adjust accordingly before finalization.
