TRACK30 Challenge respects participant privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information TRACK30 collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, and how participant photos and body-composition information are handled.
Depending on how you use TRACK30, we may collect:
Payment-card information is processed by TRACK30's payment processor(s). TRACK30 does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in its own participant records.
TRACK30 may retain transaction references, payment status, amounts, identifiers, and other information reasonably necessary to administer registrations, payment issues, and rewards.

Participant documents, tracking records, body measurements, weigh-in evidence, verification records, and progress/transformation photos are treated as private program information between the participant and TRACK30.
TRACK30 does not make this private verification material public merely because a participant uploaded it. Access and disclosure are limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate and administer the program, use trusted service providers, maintain security, resolve disputes, process payments, or comply with law.
Progress and transformation photos are collected for participant verification, progress tracking, program administration, support, security, and recordkeeping.
Submitting a photo for TRACK30 verification is not consent for TRACK30 to publish that photo for marketing, advertising, social media, or public transformation content.
TRACK30 will not publicly post a participant's before-and-after transformation photos without that participant's separate written consent.
Confirmed TRACK30 winners may be announced on TRACK30's website and/or social-media channels. A winner announcement may include an appropriate participant photo, name or display name, placement, reward amount, and high-level result such as pounds lost.
This limited winner-announcement use does not include publication of before-and-after transformation photos unless the participant separately provides written consent.
TRACK30 may display participant-facing leaderboard information reasonably necessary to communicate challenge performance, status, and final reward results. Public or participant-facing leaderboard data is limited and does not include private verification documents, private body-composition evidence, account credentials, internal security information, or private administrative calculations that are not intended for participant display.
TRACK30 does not sell participant personal information, participant photos, or personal body/health-related program information.
TRACK30 may share information with trusted service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the program, such as payment processors, cloud or file-storage providers, website and application hosting providers, email or communication providers, analytics providers, security providers, and technical infrastructure partners.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, safety, property, or security of TRACK30, participants, or others.
TRACK30 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect participant information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Participants should protect their own account credentials and notify TRACK30 if they believe their account or information has been compromised.
TRACK30 may retain participant information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and administer the program, maintain challenge and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, support participants, and maintain business records.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on operational and legal requirements.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of certain personal information.
Privacy requests may be submitted using the contact methods available on Track30Challenge.com. TRACK30 may need to verify the requester's identity before acting on a request.
TRACK30 is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. TRACK30 does not knowingly permit children under 18 to participate in the challenge.
TRACK30 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the revised policy and effective date. Changes will be applied subject to applicable law.
