1. Program purpose

TRACK30 is a paid fitness-accountability program in which participants receive a personalized Calorie Budget, Protein Goal, and activity goals, track daily behavior, complete required check-ins, and are ranked through objective performance metrics. Performance-based rewards are an additional program feature and are based on skill/execution rather than chance.

2. Registration and fee

Current program fee: $100 per challenge registration. Each monthly challenge is a separate registration unless TRACK30 expressly states otherwise.

3. Participant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and intake information.
  • Use the assigned participant account and protect account access.
  • Track food/drinks and required daily information truthfully.
  • Follow the issued Calorie Budget, assigned Protein Goal, and committed workout plan.
  • Complete required initial and final check-in/evidence tasks.
  • Submit tracking by applicable deadlines to receive deadline credit.
  • Do not falsify, manipulate, fabricate, or misrepresent records or evidence.

4. Performance scoring

Maximum score: 100 points.

Detailed metric definitions are governed by the Tracking, Scoring & Leaderboard Methodology.

5. Daily deadline

Daily tracking is due by 11:59 PM in the participant's recorded local timezone. Deadline states may include met, review, missed, and excused. A later correction may improve record accuracy without automatically erasing the historical deadline consequence.

6. Performance ranking

  5. Deadline Score
  6. Relative Body-Fat % Reduction
  7. Relative Body-Weight % Reduction
  8. True tie

True ties share a performance rank under competition ranking.

7. Performance rank vs reward eligibility

A participant's mathematical performance rank remains the participant's performance rank even if the participant is later found NOT ELIGIBLE or REJECTED for reward purposes. Reward recipients are determined separately under the Rewards & Payout Policy and the Eligibility/Verification Policy.

8. Check-ins and correction period

The final check-in window opens three days before challenge end and remains open through Day +1 after challenge end under the current production lifecycle. Participant correction opportunities also close after Day +1. Participants should follow the dates shown in their dashboard because local-time handling applies.

9. Verification and reward review

Reward review begins after the participant correction/final-check-in period closes. TRACK30 may review weigh-in evidence, body-composition information, progress photos, tracking history, and related records. A result may be placed in REVIEW REQUIRED when the available evidence requires human resolution.

10. Reward qualification

Only participants who are ELIGIBLE and VERIFIED can receive final performance rewards. A visible or provisional performance rank does not guarantee payment.

11. Disqualification / reward ineligibility

  • Intentional tracking falsification or fabricated data.
  • Manipulated or fraudulent evidence.
  • Impersonation or account misuse.
  • Fraudulent payment or material payment abuse.
  • Materially inaccurate or unverifiable required information.
  • Exploitation of system errors to alter results.
  • Material violation of the Official Rules or applicable participant policies.

12. Refunds

Program fees are non-refundable after payment, subject to applicable law and any legally required exceptions.

13. Rule changes

Material scoring, eligibility, or reward rules for an active challenge should not be changed retroactively in a way that unfairly changes what participants must do or what they can earn. Future challenge months may use updated published versions.

14. Payout Timing and Resolution Deadline

TRACK30 will issue approved winner payments within 7 calendar days after results become FINAL using a TRACK30-supported payout method. When the primary payout method is not applicable, TRACK30 may use Zelle with the phone number provided by the participant.

Any payout conflict must be resolved no later than 30 calendar days after challenge end. After that absolute deadline, an unresolved reward is unclaimed and remains with TRACK30.

15. TRACK30 System Issues

A participant who believes a TRACK30 system failure prevented timely compliance should report the issue through Contact Us in the Dashboard. TRACK30 will investigate. If TRACK30 determines its system caused the failure, the participant may correct the affected day through the normal unlock process and TRACK30 will resolve the deadline status as EXCUSED so no Deadline points are deducted for that incident.

16. Participant Privacy and Winner Announcements

Participant personal data, tracking records, body measurements, verification documents, weigh-in evidence, and progress/transformation photos are treated as private program information between the participant and TRACK30, subject to necessary service providers, program administration, security, and legal requirements.

A confirmed winner may be announced on TRACK30's website and/or social-media channels using an appropriate participant photo and winner information such as name/display name, placement, reward amount, and high-level result such as pounds lost.

TRACK30 will not publish a participant's before-and-after transformation photos without that participant's separate written consent.
