Version 2.0 • September 2026
TRACK30 relies substantially on participant-entered data while using check-ins and evidence to protect the integrity of performance-based rewards. Verification is intended to resolve evidence, not to subjectively choose winners.
The initial weigh-in window is defined by the dashboard/production schedule. Initial evidence can include weight, body-fat percentage, measurement source, weigh-in evidence, and four progress-photo views: Front, Side A, Side B, and Back.
Current production lifecycle: the final check-in window opens three days before challenge end and closes at the end of Day +1 after challenge end. Final check-in includes final weight, final body-fat percentage, final scale source, final weigh-in evidence, and the four final progress-photo views.
Permitted participant corrections remain available through Day +1 after challenge end using the participant's local-time handling. After that window closes, participant changes are closed and reward/admin review can proceed.
Eligibility is separate from performance rank. Canonical final eligibility states are ELIGIBLE and NOT ELIGIBLE. Eligibility can depend on required tracking, check-in/evidence completion, program tasks, conduct, payment validity, and other published challenge requirements.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| PENDING | Verification has not yet reached a final review state. |
| REVIEW REQUIRED | Evidence or behavior requires administrative review. |
| VERIFIED | Applicable verification requirements have been satisfied. |
| REJECTED | Verification has been resolved against reward qualification. |
TRACK30 may compare documented intake/tracking and the participant's issued Calorie Budget and other program targets with the direction and magnitude of observed weight/body-composition change. This is a plausibility check, not an exact static-calorie equation.
Energy expenditure changes during weight loss, and short-term body weight is affected by water, glycogen, sodium, digestion, menstrual-cycle effects, measurement error, and other factors. A result should therefore be flagged only when it is materially inconsistent with a reasonable physiological range or when other evidence creates a verification concern.
Where practical, participants should use the same or reasonably comparable measurement method at initial and final check-in. Different body-fat devices can produce different estimates; consistency improves comparability.
Submission of progress photos or body-composition evidence for challenge administration and verification does not automatically grant unlimited permission to use that material in advertising. Public use of a participant's image, testimonial, name, or transformation should rely on clear permission.
The system may roll valid final check-in data from one challenge into the next challenge's initial baseline for a participant who continues immediately, reducing duplicate work while preserving continuity.
A month cannot become FINAL while required participant outcomes remain unresolved. NOT ELIGIBLE participants do not require a separate VERIFIED/REJECTED outcome to settle a reward they cannot receive. ELIGIBLE participants must reach VERIFIED or REJECTED before finalization.
If a participant reports through Dashboard Contact Us that a TRACK30 system failure caused a missed deadline, TRACK30 will investigate. If TRACK30 is responsible, the participant may correct the day through the normal unlock process and TRACK30 will resolve the deadline status as EXCUSED so the participant does not lose Deadline points for that incident.
Participant verification documents, body measurements, tracking information, weigh-in evidence, and progress/transformation photos are private program information between the participant and TRACK30, subject to necessary operational service providers and legal requirements.
Submission for verification is not consent to publish before-and-after transformation photos. TRACK30 will not publish those transformation photos without separate written consent. Confirmed winners may be publicly announced using the limited winner information described in the governing policies.
