HIT YOUR 4 DAILY METRICS

1

CALORIE BUDGET

Staying within your personalized Calorie Budget is a top priority and a major driver of your results.

2

Gym Quota

Your personal workout quota matters because it directly affects calorie balance and overall consistency.

3

Protein Goal

Reaching your Protein Goal strengthens your leaderboard position and supports better body composition outcomes.

4

DEADLINE

Logging daily before the deadline builds the discipline and accuracy needed to stay in control.

  • There is only one way to lose body fat: sustained calorie deficit. TRACK30 teaches you how to apply that correctly through structure, accountability, and repetition.
  • This challenge is not about guessing — it’s about executing proven habits daily, then learning how to carry those habits into everyday life.

Reward Follows Participation.

REWARD
STRUCTURE

Each participant pays a $100 program fee to join the challenge. In addition to receiving full access to the TRACK30 system, top-performing participants may earn rewards that increase as participation grows.

Program Fee $100
Total Rewards $100
🥇 1st Place $100

Total rewards grow with paid participation and are capped per challenge.

Your $100 program fee provides access to the TRACK30 Challenge fitness accountability program, including the TRACK30 platform, personalized Calorie Budget, daily tracking tools, accountability features, progress monitoring, participant dashboard, and monthly program administration. Performance-based rewards are offered as part of the program and are determined solely by the objective scoring criteria published in the Official Rules. Reward amounts vary based on successfully paid participation and are subject to the published payout structure and a maximum of $1,000 in total rewards per challenge.

RULES

1

LOG EVERYTHING

Log all food and drink consumed, including item, serving size, calories, and protein.

Daily performance is measured across the full challenge period, so every required tracking day matters.

2

STAY WITHIN CALORIE BUDGET

Calorie adherence represents 40% of your overall performance score.

Consistently remaining within your personalized Calorie Budget is a major contributor to your overall results.

3

MEET GYM QUOTA

Workout adherence represents 40% of your overall performance score.

Complete the minimum number of workout days you selected during Intake.

4

REACH PROTEIN GOAL

Protein adherence represents 13% of your overall performance score.

Meeting your daily protein goal contributes to your overall score and supports lean muscle retention.

5

LOG ENTRIES BEFORE 11:59 PM

Deadline compliance represents 7% of your overall performance score.

Daily tracking must be completed before your local 11:59 PM deadline to receive credit for that day's deadline metric.

6

RANKING VS. REWARD ELIGIBILITY

Your performance rank reflects your measured challenge performance. Receiving a reward is separate: only participants who are ELIGIBLE + VERIFIED can receive a funded reward.

Your Dashboard shows when required tasks are due and allows you to unlock a tracking day if a deadline is missed. Corrections restore tracking accuracy but do not automatically erase a missed Deadline. Eligibility and verification determine reward qualification, not your performance rank.

HOW THE PARTICIPANTS ARE RANKED

1

Overall Metric Consistency

Strongest overall consistency across all four metrics ranks highest.

2

Calories Come First

Calorie adherence is the primary priority.

3

Tie Resolution

If scores are tied: Calories → Gym → Protein → Deadline. Tie will be broken by highest Relative Body-Fat % Reduction → Relative Body-Weight % Reduction.

4

Final Tie

If participants remain tied after every tie-breaker, they receive the same rank and the applicable funded reward positions are combined and split equally.

Verification

Final Check-In opens during the final 3 days of the challenge and closes at the end of the 1st of the following month.

Logged results must match official weigh-in results.

This system rewards consistency, not short bursts of effort.

BEFORE THE CHALLENGE BEGINS

Every participant must complete the required setup and check-in steps within the timeframes shown below. This keeps the challenge organized, fair, and measurable from start to finish.

1

INITIAL WEIGH-IN

You must weigh yourself within 3 days prior to the challenge start date.

  • First thing in the morning
  • Before eating or drinking
  • Using an approved method
2

APPROVED METHODS

DEXA Scan — most accurate (cost associated)

InBody Scan — highly accurate and recommended

Home Smart Scale — acceptable with greater margin of error

3

COMPLETE THE INTAKE FORM

On your Dashboard, after payment, complete your Intake Form accurately. Inaccurate information can affect your Calorie Budget and Protein Goal.

4

FINAL CHECK-IN

Final weigh-ins must be completed during the final days of the month, with the latest accepted submission on the 1st of the following month.

Final weigh-ins must also be done first thing in the morning before food or water, using the exact same scale and method as the initial weigh-in.

5

LOGGING & COMMUNICATION

  • Have a food scale available — it is required for accurate calorie tracking
  • Download the Google Sheets app for daily logging
  • You will receive individual weekly feedback on your own metrics
